A delegation of Rice Exporters Association of Pakistan (REAP), led by Mr. Muhammad Raza, Chairman REAP, held meetings with H.E. Mohd Yunus Ibrahim, Consul General of Malaysia and Mr. Murat Ozmen
Commercial Attache, Consulate General of Turkey at their respective Consulates today.
The meeting was attended by REAP Executive Committee Members REAP, Mr. Faisal Anis, Ms. Farhat Rasheed, Mr. Abdul Wahid Mianoor, Mr. Moaz Irfan, Mr. Asif Abdul Ghaffar, Mr. Altaf Hussain Shaikh, Secretary REAP and Mr. Arif Ali Khan, Assistant Secretary REAP.
H.E. Consul General of Malaysia and Commercial Attache of Turkey welcomed and congratulated Mr. Muhammad Raza on assuming the office of Chairman REAP and conveyed his best wishes for all Executive Committee for a successful tenure.
During the meeting, various matters relating to rice exports and bilateral trade were discussed. Both sides expressed optimism about increasing bilateral rice with Pakistan, exploring new opportunities for exporters, and further strengthening the trade and economic relationship between the brotherly countries.
As a gesture of goodwill, REAP delegation presented a bouquet of flowers and REAP Souvenir to H.E. Consul General of Malaysia and Commercial Attache of Turkey.
