A delegation of the Rice Exporters Association of Pakistan (REAP), led by Mr. Muhammad Jawed Jillani, Senior Vice Chairman REAP, met with an Iranian delegation at the FPCCI Office, Karachi, to discuss and explore avenues for mutual cooperation and business opportunities. The REAP delegation included Executive Committee Members Mr. Rafique Suleman, Mr. Muhammad Shahid Memon, Mr. Mahesh Kumar, Mr. Sheeraz Ahmed Sheikh; Ex-EC Members Mr. Fuad Hamid Garib, Mr. Shahid Tawawalla, Mr. Qamar Raza Shoukat; and REAP Members Mr. Saleem Kapadia, Mr. Khalid Sarfaraz Ghori, Syed Badaruddin Chishty, Mr. Farrukh Saleem, Mr. Kazim Khandwala, Mr. Saad Imran, Mr. Abdullah Shahid, Mr. Okasha Agar, Mr. Irfan Ahsan, and Mr. Arif Ali Khan. The Iranian delegation comprised prominent industry leaders representing sectors such as agricultural fertilizers, rice, sesame seeds, cotton, oilseeds, logistics, and foreign exchange transactions. The meeting was held in a cordial and constructive atmosphere, where both sides exchanged views on matters of mutual interest and explored potential areas of collaboration. Representatives from both countries reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening bilateral trade relations and enhancing business cooperation. At the conclusion of the meeting, REAP souvenirs were presented to the visiting delegates as a gesture of goodwill and friendship.
