Rice Exporters Association of Pakistan (REAP), in collaboration with Pakistan Single Window (PSW), held a comprehensive briefing session on the Drawback of Local Taxes and Levies (DLTL) – Rice Order 2026 via Zoom on 16th February 2026. The session was conducted by the PSW team, led by the Deputy Collector of Customs. From REAP’s side, it was led by Mr. Muhammad Jawed Jillani, Senior Vice Chairman REAP, and attended by Malik Faisal Jahangir, Chairman REAP, Executive Committee Members along with approximately 170 REAP members from both zones. PSW experts delivered a detailed presentation on the DLTL mechanism through the PSW portal, guiding participants on procedures, compliance requirements, and claim submission processes. The session was exclusively tailored for REAP members, with a dedicated Q&A segment to address queries and ensure clarity on implementation under the Rice Order 2026. In conclusion, Mr. Muhammad Jawed Jillani, Senior Vice Chairman of Rice Exporters Association of Pakistan (REAP), along with the Executive Committee Members, presented REAP’s souvenirs to the guests as a gesture of goodwill and appreciation.
