A high-level delegation from Uzbekistan, led by the Deputy Minister for Industry, Investment and Trade, visited Pakistan from 13–16 January 2026 to strengthen bilateral cooperation in agriculture, textiles, leather, surgical instruments, pharmaceuticals, and electronics. REAP Delegation led by Mr. Muhammad Javed Jillani, Senior Vice Chairman REAP had a meeting with Uzbek Delegation at TDAP Head Office, Karachi. Executive Committee Members, Mr. Sheeraz Shaikh, Mr. Muhammad Khurram, Mr. Jetendar Kumar Badlani along with other REAP members were present in the meeting. The meeting was productive and focused on expanding trade ties, with the Uzbek side expressing strong interest in long-term, sustainable business partnerships with Pakistan.
