27/05/2024: Mr. Chela Ram Kewlani, Chairman REAP hosted the Reception in honour of delegation of Oman today at REAP House, Karachi. The said delegation was led by H.E. Engr. Sami Abdullah Salim Al Khanjari, Consul General of Oman along with H.E. Abdullah Jumah Al Harbi, Vice Consul of Oman, and Delegate Members from Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries & Water Resources, Sultanate of Oman. The meeting was attended by MC Members, Mr. Muzzammil Rauf Chappal, Dr. Muhammad Hafeez, Ms. Yasmeen Ismail, Ex-Senior Vice Chairman REAP, Mr. Muhammad Raza, Ex-MC Member REAP, Mr. Farooq Chaudhary, Mr. Abdul Rauf, Mr. Faisal Masood Chaudhary, Mr. Kazim Khandwala, Member REAP, Mr. Faisal Anis, Mr. Farhan Garib, Mr. Salar Ghouri, Mr. Saqib Masood Chaudhary, Mr. Owais Farooq Chaudhary, Mr. Saad Imran and others. During the meeting, various issues regarding rice exports to Oman have been discussed and H.E. Consul General of Oman and visiting delegates assured their full cooperation to resolve the issues being faced by Pakistani rice exporters and interested to work together to increase bilateral trade between both the brotherly countries. In the end, Mr. Muhammad Raza gave vote of thanks and Mr. Chela Ram Kewlani and other REAP Members presented REAP’s Shield and souvenirs to the honorable guests.
